SOFTWARE FUNCTION

AlhanVision is a new generation of machine vision software, which adopts a visual interface, to be able to be used for typical application scenarios such as the picking of disordered object, high-precision positioning, QR code tracing, assembling, image converting, color extracting, camera calibrating and so on. Cutting-edge algorithm features such as built-in 3D, deep learning , etc., can support custom-made features.

 

1- Identify multi kinds of objects, to be wide in categories

It can identify many kinds of objects, including workpiece, box-shaped objects, bag-shaped objects, bottled objects. Objects can be stacked at will. Support accurate recognition of objects with complex pattern, deformation, surface reflection and dark objects.

 

 2- It can support concurrent operation of multi processes.

Multi processes can correspond to multi cameras, and single vision software can control multi manipulators. 

It can be adapted to Hikvision, Dahua, Basler and Percipio 3D cameras, the vision software can be connected with the camera and directly modify camera parameters, which is easy to operate. It can communicate and exchange information with the equipment such as client database or code scanner and so on, which is more in line with client requirements.
